These terms govern your use of the Winbuzz platform and your account on it. By registering, signing in or placing a bet, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
They are written to be read rather than skimmed past. Where a term matters to how your account behaves in practice, it is stated plainly.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be aged eighteen years or above to register or use an account. Age is confirmed at registration.
1.2 You must be legally permitted to use an online betting platform under the laws applying where you are located. The regulation of online betting differs between Indian states, and establishing your own position is your responsibility.
1.3 You must register in your own name, using your own contact details and your own payment methods.
1.4 We may decline a registration or close an account where these conditions are not met.
2. Your Account
2.1 Each person may hold one account. Duplicate accounts may be restricted or closed, including the original.
2.2 Your account is personal to you. It may not be sold, transferred, gifted, shared or operated on behalf of another person.
2.3 You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Activity carried out through your account is treated as yours.
2.4 We will never ask you for your password or for a one time code. Disclosure of either to any person is at your own risk.
2.5 Contact details held on the account must be current and must belong to you. Recovery depends on them.
3. Registration and Verification
3.1 Information provided at registration must be accurate and complete.
3.2 Identity verification may be requested. Accepted documents include Aadhaar, PAN and passport.
3.3 The name on your account must match the name on your identity document and on the payment account used.
3.4 We may restrict deposits, withdrawals or account access until verification is complete.
3.5 Providing false or altered information is grounds for immediate closure and forfeiture of any resulting benefit.
4. Deposits
4.1 Funds may be deposited through the payment routes made available on the platform.
4.2 Deposits must come from a payment method held in your own name. Third party funding is not permitted.
4.3 A deposit is credited once the transfer is confirmed. Timing depends on the payment route and the provider.
4.4 You are responsible for any charge applied by your own bank or payment provider.
4.5 You must not use funds obtained unlawfully or funds belonging to another person.
5. Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawals are paid to a verified account in the same name as the betting account. Third party payouts are not made under any circumstances.
5.2 Verification must be complete before a withdrawal is released.
5.3 Funds committed to open bets, and bonus funds still subject to conditions, are not available for withdrawal.
5.4 Processing time depends on approval, the payment route and your own bank. No guaranteed clearing time is offered.
5.5 Submitting duplicate requests for the same funds may result in the payout being held for manual review.
6. Placing Bets
6.1 A bet is accepted only when it is confirmed and appears in your account. An unconfirmed selection is not a bet.
6.2 Bets are accepted at the price displayed and confirmed at the moment of placement. Prices move, particularly in live markets.
6.3 You are responsible for understanding the market you are betting on, including how it settles.
6.4 Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where these terms provide for a void.
6.5 The maximum stake and maximum payout applicable to a market may be limited.
7. Settlement and Void Bets
7.1 Bets settle according to the rules of the market concerned and the official result of the event.
7.2 A bet may be void, with the stake returned, where an event is abandoned, a participant does not take part, a market was published in obvious error, or a result cannot be established under the market rules.
7.3 Where a bet has been settled in error, we may correct the settlement.
7.4 Our determination of a settlement under the published rules is final, subject to the complaints route.
8. Bonuses and Promotions
8.1 Each promotion is governed by the specific terms published with it.
8.2 Bonus funds are distinct from deposited funds and may carry conditions before becoming withdrawable.
8.3 Promotions may be limited, varied or withdrawn, and eligibility may be restricted.
8.4 Abuse of a promotion, including duplicate accounts created to claim it, voids the benefit and may result in account closure.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Open or operate more than one account.
- Use the platform on behalf of another person, or allow another person to use your account.
- Provide false information at registration or verification.
- Use funds that are not lawfully yours.
- Attempt to interfere with the platform, its software or its markets.
- Use automated tools to place bets or extract data.
- Collude with other users to influence a market or exploit an error.
- Attempt to access the platform from a jurisdiction where you are not permitted to.
10. Suspension and Closure
10.1 We may suspend or close an account where these terms are breached, where verification cannot be completed, or where required for security or legal reasons.
10.2 You may close your account at any point by requesting closure. Withdraw any remaining balance first.
10.3 Where closure follows a breach involving false information, unlawful funds or promotion abuse, related balances may be withheld.
10.4 Self exclusion and permanent closure applied at your request are enforced and are not reversed on demand within the period chosen.
11. Responsible Gaming
11.1 The account provides limits on deposits and on stakes, session reminders, cooling off, self exclusion and permanent closure.
11.2 A limit or exclusion requested by you will be applied. You do not need to give a reason.
11.3 The platform is entertainment, not a source of income, and carries a genuine risk of financial loss.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 The platform, its content, branding and software are owned by us or licensed to us.
12.2 You may use them for personal, non commercial use of the platform only. Copying, reproduction or redistribution is not permitted.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 The platform is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost winnings or missed opportunities arising from interrupted access.
13.3 Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Changes to These Terms
14.1 These terms may be updated. The version published on the platform is the version that applies.
14.2 Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14.3 If you do not accept an updated version, stop using the platform and request closure of your account.
15. Complaints
15.1 Raise a complaint through the official support channels, stating what happened, when, and the outcome you are seeking.
15.2 Complaints relating to a settlement should identify the market and the rule relied on.
15.3 If a response does not resolve the matter, ask for it to be escalated within the same thread.
